Tenders are opened by each body after defining the rules and choosing the organizing committee, which will prepare and publish the contract notice, and carry out the entire selection, including the tests.
After the selection, appointment and hiring of employees for effective positions must be authorized by the Ministry of Management. This stage is the final one, and only occurs with the approval of the final result of the competition. After that, servers can take ownership. There is, however, a three-year probationary period.
“Only after the formal act of authorization of the provision can the body nominate/hire the candidates approved in the public tender. This date varies according to the schedule established by each body or entity, in the public notice of the tender. In addition, appointments are subject to the existence of vacancies on the date of appointment and budget availability”, says a note from the Management.
How to prepare for competitions?
According to experts, candidates should pay attention to the publication of public notices. This monitoring can be done on the website of the bodies that will carry out the hiring, in the Official Gazette of the Union and in newspapers and magazines.
The edict must be read carefully and the interested party cannot miss the registration date. In general, the selections bring vacancies for blacks and candidates with disabilities. The value of the participation fee was not disclosed. At the IBGE, the temporary tender had a fee of R$ 42.20. In the Revenue contest, in 2022, this amount was between R$ 115 and R$ 210, depending on the position. In the INSS, it was R$ 85.
Before publication, it is possible for the professional to try to get ahead of the studies. The tip is to get proof of contests previously held for the position of interest to the citizen, through the websites of the organizing newsstands.
In addition, experts advise candidates to make summaries of the content that will be charged and to train by performing tests from previous competitions to be able to control the time for solving questions, especially the objective ones. In this case, none of them will have greater weight than the other.
