Technical education center signs partnership with Sine Amazonas

From now on, final year students of technical courses will be able to be directed to the vacancies offered in the system
Manaus (AM) — With the aim of strengthening the EmpregueHabilidades Center, responsible for offering qualification, guidance and monitoring of students and graduates in planning their careers, the Literatus Teaching Center has just signed a partnership with the National Employment System (Sine) of Amazonas. From now on, final year students of technical courses and those who are part of the Literatus learning program will be able to be directed to the vacancies offered in the system.
The Employment Skills Center at the Literatus Teaching Center carries out a series of actions that focus on the employability of technical professionals. Personalized behavioral counseling, events, lectures and workshops are among the sector’s main activities.
And, with the help of Sine, the president of the Literatus Group, Elaine Saldanha, explains that it will be possible to further strengthen the relationship with the job market, increasing the range of supply and demand for technicians who are training at the institution.
“Over more than 30 years of operation, Literatus has trained more than 40 thousand technical professionals. Over time, we have constantly connected ourselves to the demands of the corporate world, to increase the number of students and graduates entering the market”,
Elaine said.
Learning Program
Known as Best Apprentice, the Literatus learning program is aimed at students who have no experience and are looking to enter the job market. The initiative allows young people, aged between 14 and 24, to combine studies and work.
The program offers the apprentice a special contract, governed by the Apprentice Law, that is, the young person has the right to registration with a work card, 13th salary, guarantee fund, INSS, transportation voucher, vacation and working day of 4 or 6 hours.
For almost ten years, Literatus has been operating in Manaus as the program’s training entity and offers more than 20 courses aimed at the main activity of companies in the Services, Commerce and Industry segments, with practical classes in laboratories.
