It means making it rounder, lighter, with fewer exceptions. Because then there is a clean, crystalline text, which does not pose a problem of judicialization in the future”, he said. According to the minister, the Senate should not seek to leave its mark on the reform because the Chamber’s proposal would have incorporated “60% of the Senate’s text” – that is, PEC 110, presented by senators in 2019. “That concern that senators they had to leave a mark, the mark is already given. PEC 110 was incorporated by the Chamber, by the rapporteur. So, I think there is work to be done there to trim the text”, said Haddad.
