SUSTAINABLE TOURISM – News of Brazil
[ad_1]
Criminal burnings, indifference to indigenous populations and all sorts of illegalities have added to the profound changes brought about by Covid-19. In this context, specialists are mobilizing, in person or virtually, in events of notorious relevance, with the participation of technicians, leaders and entrepreneurs from Amapá. Via digital platforms, the 1st MAPS International Forum took place – Tourism Eventos e Sustentabilidade focused on the sustainable resumption of business, in these segments and in the economy as a whole.
The event was conceived and planned to attract sponsors in three categories: Amazon Forest, Atlantic Forest and Pantanal, which require investments of R$ 9,000, 6,000 and 3,000 respectively. The number of video insertions, email marketing, posts and discounts varies according to each category.

According to the organizers, all the money collected is intended to pay the costs of the event, which includes the team that works in the production (tourism and events professionals currently unemployed). The remainder will be donated to indigenous communities in the Amazon at risk from COVID. There will also be accountability on the two days of the event – total transparency of the funds raised.
