Las Vegas police had claimed in the past that despite the large number of witnesses, the investigation was stalled due to a lack of cooperation.

Since his murder, Tupac’s legend has grown exponentially, making him an emblem of American hip-hop and his death has given rise to the creation of conspiracy theories.

Shakur was born on June 16, 1971 in New York, grew up amid poverty and street violence and as a teenager entered an arts school in Baltimore.
