Spaccio RAR is one of the highlights of the Bom Gourmet Festival

The restaurant Space RAR is an irresistible invitation for anyone who enjoys Italian cuisine. Originating in Rio Grande do Sul, the franchise arrived in Florianópolis in 2022, bringing with it the quality and flavor of the company’s products. RAR, a brand awarded for its cheeses, wines and sausages. And the good news for lovers of Italy is that Spaccio RAR is one of the participants in the 1st edition of the Bom Gourmet Festival in Florianópolis.

The restaurant brings three options of main dishes in menu of the event: risotto with gran formaggio cheese and Sicilian lemon, with chicken strips, filet mignon with mashed potatoes, and spaghetti with pesto, served with basil and parmesan. One of the desserts mixes Italy and Brazil: gran formaggio pudding served with guava syrup. The traditional panna cotta is also part of the menu, served with red fruits. The owner of the franchise in Florianópolis, Gabriel José Polesello Vuelma, says that the choice of location was careful and time-consuming. “Our story begins in 2021, we spent a year looking for a place to open the franchise, until we found it on the seafront, with parking and a good location. Then we started the renovation and opened in December 2022, ”he says. Vuelma also claims that he got to know the Bom Gourmet Festival in Curitiba and decided to bet on the event in Florianopolis. “We had great references and we believe in the result here on the island”, he adds.

The highlight in the place is the Parmesan RAR, elected several times as the best in Brazil, which gives a special touch to the dishes. In addition, the restaurant has an emporium attached to the bistro, with more than 450 items. It sells products produced by RAR and also by other national and international brands.
