The Nayme Culinaria Arabic restaurant is promoting solidarity action in favor of countries recently hit by an earthquake. For this, the house will donate 10% of its sales of the Burj plate to the Ong Molham Volunteering.

The Burj was chosen for the action because it means tower. It was created from Arabic culinary classics like tabbouleh, raw kibbeh and curd, and has a layered structure.

The non-profit organization, founded by Syrian university students, has headquarters in Turkey, Germany, Sweden and Canada. “We wish these countries to unite, form infinite layers of solidarity and that all the “Towers” of these countries are rebuilt”, says Yasmin, owner of the restaurant.

The campaign starts this Thursday, February 9th, and will run until March 9th. The dish can be purchased at the restaurant for R$57.00.
