Sesc offers programming with activities aimed at mental health – 03/31/2023 – Mental Health

Sesc São Paulo will carry out, as of April 11, a series of activities aimed at mental health and well-being. The program is part of the Inspira – Actions for a Healthy Life project, which aims to involve the population in debates and exercises that promote quality of life.

There will be more than one hundred attractions, in person and online, almost all free of charge, which will mobilize more than 30 Sesc units.

One of the highlights is the Mental Health in Focus debate cycle, which will take place at the Research and Training Center, from April 18 to May 9, and will bring together speakers such as philosopher Vladimir Safatle, psychoanalyst Suely Rolnik, researcher Fernanda Bruno , physician Ricardo Rodrigues Teixeira, historian Rogério da Costa Santos and occupational therapist Sabrina Ferigato.
