The two preparations are combined in this couscous tapioca recipe, which is ready in around 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 6 spoons of corn flakes
- 1/2 cup of water
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Mozzarella cheese (enough to line a frying pan)
- Cheese and ham to taste to make the filling
Preparation
- In a container, place the six spoons of corn flakes, add the water, salt, butter and mix. Let rest for 10 minutes for the dough to hydrate
- Meanwhile, grease the bottom of a small frying pan with butter so it doesn’t stick and place over low heat. Line the frying pan with mozzarella cheese to bind and let it melt.
- Then add the dough. Adjust the shape of the frying pan to give it the shape of the tapioca. Cover and let it cook for 2 minutes. Finally, add the filling of your choice and fold in half.
