The next edition of “Abrindo a K.sa”, an initiative by chef Claudia Krauspenhar that brings cutting-edge chefs from other Brazilian cities to Curitiba, will mix Amazonian, Northeastern and Italian flavors. This time, Claudia welcomes chefs Felipe Schaedler, Lisiane Arouca and Fabrício Lemos for a seven-stroke tasting menu, created by eight hands, on October 4th, at 7 pm. Spaces are limited and reservations are now open.
Born in Santa Catarina, Felipe Schaedler is a renowned chef of Amazonian cuisine, recognized for his research into native ingredients. His restaurant, Banzeiro, opened in 2009, designed Amazonas cuisine nationally and received important awards. Today, in partnership with his parents, the chef operates three restaurants, in São Paulo and Manaus.
The Bahian couple Lisiane Arouca and Fabrício Lemos collect awards and are central figures in the evolution of haute cuisine in Salvador. Lisiane was voted best chef patisserie this year, by Prazeres da Mesa magazine, the same vehicle that elected Fabrício the best restaurateur 2023. At the head of the renowned Origem group, the couple also runs other ventures, including the Omí and Segreto Ristorantino houses.
