RPM releases new single recorded with Luiz Schiavon, keyboardist who died two months ago

♪ When he died a month and 20 days ago, aged 64, Luiz Schiavon (October 5, 1958 – June 15, 2023) left unpublished recordings made with RPM, a group from São Paulo of which he was mentor and founder (with Paulo Ricardo) and keyboardist. The first unreleased song made posthumous with the artist’s departure from the scene, Luar neon, was released in a single made available yesterday, August 4th. Luar neon is a composition made by Schiavon in partnership with Fernando Deluqui – guitarist remaining from the original RPM lineup – and with lyrics by Dioy Pallone, vocalist who has been part of the group since June 2018 in place of Paulo Ricardo. Luar neon was recorded at Ruther Sound and Master Mixing studios with Schiavon on keyboards and programming, Pallone on bass and vocals, Deluqui on guitar and Kiko Zara on drums. Luar neon comes out two months after Promessas, a single released on June 9 – a week before Schiavon’s death – with a new song by the keyboardist in partnership with guitarist Fernando Deluqui.
