Roasted corn in the airfryer; learn to brew Elote
[ad_1]
Roasted corn in the airfryer. Can it? Of course you can. And it gets even better when it’s finished with seasoned mayonnaise and grated parmesan cheese. Then, the simple roasted corn becomes Elote, an easy-to-prepare Mexican appetizer that goes well with this June festivities.
The people at Philco shared the recipe with Bom Gourmet. They invited chef Fernanda Luvezuto (@cheffernanda), a finalist on the program The Taste Brasil (GNT), to teach how to prepare this roasted corn in the airfryer. We tested it here and we love it.
Write down Elote’s recipe and prepare it for dinner today.
