Former BBB Felipe Prior was sentenced to six years in prison in a semi-open regime, after being accused of rape in 2014. The decision was taken on Saturday, 8, by Judge Eliana Cassales Tosi Bastos, from the 7th Criminal Court of São Paulo, and runs in secrecy, according to information from UOL Universa. The conviction is in the first instance and the accused can appeal freely.
The complaint in question was made in 2020, by a woman identified as identified by Themis. According to the decision, the businessman used physical strength to commit violence “holding her by the arms and waist, in addition to pulling her hair, at which time Themis asked him to stop, saying that ‘I didn’t want to have sex’”.
It is worth remembering that, in 2020, Prior was accused by two other women.
