♪ The São Paulo rapper Coruja BC1 releases his first album today via KondZilla, the label and production company with which he signed a contract last year and in which he debuted with the single Placa clonada (2022). Characterized as an EP by the artist, the album Brazilian version vol. 1 accounts for nine tracks – including the Intro allocated at the end of the disc – recorded with a mix of rap, drill, funk and even reggae. The funk beat is soon heard in Proibidão, the first track on the disc formatted by Coruja BC1 in partnership with music producer and DJ MaxNosBeatz. Febem and MC Luanna join Coruja in the title track Brazilian version. Rincon Sapiência rhymes in Casinha. Neguinho do Kaxeta opens his voice in the funk Corpo Fechado. Drip de bandz is a feat by Coruja with Akira Presidente and Sena MC. The artist’s intention was to transfer to the record the language and sound of rap made on the streets of São Paulo, especially in Osasco (SP), birthplace of Coruja BC1.
