August is chef Lênin Palhano’s month at the Quintal do Porco restaurant. The pop up action marks the award-winning chef’s return to Curitiba’s lands after a four-month stay in Brasília. Back in Curitiba, Lênin assumed the position of executive chef and director and operations director of the gastronomic holding of Grupo DSS. And, as one more action this month of reconnection with the Curitiba public, Lenin holds a special dinner this Thursday (10th) at Quintal do Porco.

The night will have a menu created by four hands, with exclusive dishes and unique combinations, prepared especially for the occasion. Who shares the kitchen with Lenin is José Guilherme Thomé. Trained as a chef and pastry chef at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Thomé is a restaurateur for the gastronomic holding of Grupo DSS, which, in addition to Quintal do Porco, includes Con Cozinha Oriental and Bee.O Café.

Dinner marks a new phase for the restaurant, whose reformulation plan now makes its identity more creative and relaxed. In the four-course menu, dishes inspired by Bee.O Café – such as the grilled fig and goat cheese dream and the chicken liver pâté croissant -, seafood – scallops on French toast, Royal Crab and Oyster and citrus – Carboara uni and coordeiro rack with cassava and broccoli. For dessert, Milk textures.
