Project “Confeitaria em Casa” opens vacancies for courses in the area of pastry, in Manaus

Manaus (AM) – The Queiroz Group, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this month, is accepting registrations for the courses of the “Confeitaria em Casa” project. The initiative created 3 years ago aims to encourage entrepreneurship and train small entrepreneurs. This August, courses are being offered on “Classic Desserts”, “Festival of Pies” and “Cakes in Ganache”.

The first course takes place on Thursday (17), at 2 pm, with culinary specialist Lia Celestino. She will teach how to prepare “Classic Desserts”, such as German and Dutch pies. In class, students will follow the step-by-step production from the base, cream and assembly.
On the 22nd, at 2:30 pm, culinary specialist Felipe Quaresma will host the “Tort Festival”. He will teach the production of pies in the flavors: Prestígio, Chocolatuda and Cupuaçu. Closing the month’s schedule, on the 28th, at 2 pm, Lia Celestivo holds the course “Cakes in Ganache”, with the preparation of cake dough and classic ganache.
