Profiles of Amanda, Bruna Griphao and Larissa repudiate talking about bodies in ‘BBB 23’; understand

The digital profiles of Bruna Griphao, Larissa and Amanda, participants of “Big Brother Brasil 23”, started a campaign against Cezar Black, pointed out for sexist behavior — alongside Gustavo and Cristian — on a given occasion in confinement. Some of the program’s viewers share the scenes of that moment, through social networks, and reinforce the campaign, asking for votes to eliminate Black, who disputes the wall with Tina and Gabriel.

Last Monday (6), Cristian, Cezar Black and Gustavo compared the bodies of Bruna, Larissa and Amanda while watching the three of them — through the screen installed in the Leader’s Room — changing clothes in the Desert Room. The participants appeared only with underwear, and did not know that they were being seen by their colleagues. The dialogue between the three was as follows:

• Christian: Do you think Bruna is prettier than Larissa?
• Cezar Black: Ah, I think Bruna is prettier…
• Gustavo: It’s because it has the context, right, he came? It’s not just the beauty. And Larissa is a real horse, right, son?
• Cezar Black: Yeah, she’s “lipped” (had liposuction).
• Christian: Ah, she has “lipo”…?
• Cezar Black: She has it! I asked at the pool today. It is very done here, like this, in the belly. She was embarrassed, but she said (who has already done “lipo”).

The trio follows the conversation and comments that they almost never see Larissa at the home gym, doing physical exercises:

• Gustavo: She doesn’t even train properly…
• Cezar Black: Did she say she doesn’t train?
• Gustavo: She doesn’t train well here (in confinement).
• Christian: Oh, but we also don’t train properly…
• Gustavo: But the belly changes. And her body hasn’t changed a bit since the day she walked in, son!
• Cezar Black: She said she already did (aesthetic procedures) on the arm, belly, silicone, back. She’s really assembled…

The trio continues talking about Larissa’s alleged “mounted” body — in the words of the three —, and Cezar Black asks Cristian, laughing, if he has any kind of relationship with the participant:

• Cezar Black: You won’t, will you? You won’t, will you? (laughter)
• Christian: I wanted to tell you something, but I’m going to keep quiet.
• Cezar Black: Which is?
• Christian: there she (Larissa) comes with a story that he owed (cash, out of confinement)…
• Cezar Black: Ah, everyone here has a sad story. There are people who are all day telling sad stories.
• Christian: But, oh, do all that (the procedures), he came…

The three go on and start making fun of Amanda’s appearance:

• Christian: And Amandinha moving her nose…
• Cezar Black: The hair…
• Christian: Little girl, right?
• Cezar Black: Look at the hair doing the chihuahua (breed of dog with spiky hair). Oh no, it’s Yorkshire (another breed of dog). Let’s go, little sister, you’ve had enough of that hair! (laughter) You are close, right?
• Christian: Oh, it doesn’t, right? She is darling. She is hardworking…

Netizens revolted with the speeches of the three. “Black very sexist. It’s every comment…”, wrote a Twitter user. “Seeing other women voting for a woman for being ‘annoying’ and holding a man with that kind of attitude says a lot… Very sad!”, tweeted another viewer, in Tina’s defense.

Bruna Griphao’s profile took a position on the subject. “Not for nothing, we reiterate that we are #ForaCezar on this wall. Even if Bruna, Larissa, Amanda or any other woman in the house is in the pay per viewwe cannot turn a blind eye to the lines that objectify them or that demean them, in addition to jokes,” said the actress’s Twitter account.

The video with the conversation between the three was also shared by Larissa’s Twitter profile. “We leave this here so that you can think carefully about the type of message you want to convey in the result of this vote. #ForaCezar”, wrote Larissa’s profile. Amanda’s account administrators also took a position: “Think very carefully about the type of message you want to pass on the result of this little hand vote. It is for things like this that we are #ForaCezar”.
