Petrobras 2023 tender: template is released; see – 05/03/2023 – Market

The preliminary answer for the Petrobras tender was released this Tuesday (2nd) by Cebraspe (Brazilian Center for Research in Evaluation and Selection and Event Promotion), organizer of the selection process.

The consultation is individual and, for that, the candidate needs to access this link, enter his CPF and registration password.

The template will be available until this Thursday (4), at 6 pm. Resources can be made between May 3rd and 4th, and the result will be announced on May 24th.

More than 115,000 candidates signed up for the contest, vying for 373 vacancies for 12 different positions, with a starting salary of R$3,294.36 and guaranteed minimum pay of R$5,563.90 —including benefits.

According to the announcement, 8% of the vacancies will be reserved for people with disabilities, and 20% for candidates who declare themselves to be black.

The test was held this Sunday (30) and had 40 questions on basic knowledge (mathematics and Portuguese) and 60 on specific knowledge, which varied according to the chosen career.

The candidate had to answer “right” or “wrong” to the questions asked in the exam. Each correct answer gives a point, while a wrong one takes a point away from the candidate. If there was no marking or a double answer was marked, there will be no addition or subtraction of points.

Contestants will be eliminated with:

• Less than eight points in Basic Knowledge

• Less than 18 points in specific knowledge

• Less than 30 points in the sum of the two tests

In the event of a tie in the final score, the tiebreakers are as follows:

1. Candidate aged 60 years or older

2. Higher number of correct answers in specific knowledge

3. Highest score in block 1 of the specific knowledge test

4. Highest score in block 2 of the specific knowledge test

5. Higher number of correct answers in basic knowledge

6. Older candidate

7. Candidate who has already been a juror in a trial

Successful candidates will have to undergo medical and dental examinations, between June 3 and 4. The final list of approved will be announced on July 10th.
