Pedro, Flamengo player, marries psychologist in intimate ceremony

Flamengo striker, Pedro Guilherme, 25 years old, is joining the married team. He got married last Thursday, the 2nd, in Rio, with psychologist Fernanda Nogueira, in an intimate ceremony, without ostentation.

The wedding was very discreet, so much so that the bride and groom did not post anything or make a fuss about the ceremony. Only a few guest records were shared on social media.

The two got engaged in November after more than a year of dating. Fernanda is from Rio Grande do Sul and moved to Rio in 2015 to study.

The marriage proposal was made after the player was called up for the Cup. As soon as his name was announced by coach Tite, Pedro knelt down and asked the traditional question. She say yes”.

“To mark this day for good. It’s a special day, and it just got even more so. First call-up for the World Cup, a dream I’ve had since I was a child. And she helped me a lot in difficult times. So, this day will be remembered forever”, explained Pedro at the time.
