Mangaratiba Environment Secretariat identified non-compliance with the ban on the artificial lake

That’s because, this Friday (23), Neymar took a shower there and even posted it on social networks. For the inspectors, the attitude is a disrespect to the embargo and represents new environmental infractions, which generated more punishment for the athlete. The value, however, was not revealed.

The disrespect was so great that the prohibition notice placed by the secretary and the Civil Police was used as a background for photographs of Neymar’s guests, who had an opening party. Among the participants were partners in the work and members of the Genesis Experience reality show, responsible for the construction, identified as irregular.

Neymar’s father was arrested

After receiving a prison sentence for disrespecting the secretary of the Environment, Shayenne Barreto, Neymar Santos, father of the Brazilian national team star Neymar Jr., was released.

“However, considering the principle of reasonableness and following a request from Neymar Santos’ advisor, he was released to fulfill a commitment in São Paulo

”, said the City Hall of Mangaratiba in an official note.

According to the Secretariat for the Environment, an opinion on the irregularities found will soon be made and then the issuance of a “a fine that, according to estimates and given the environmental damage caused, will not be less than R$ 5 million”.

The action took place after complaints based on social media publications, which showed a great work being done, in a short period of time, without environmental authorization, according to the environmental agency. The infractions found were watercourse diversion; capturing water from the river without authorization; water collection for artificial lake; landscaping; excavation; movement of stones and rocks without authorization; and application of beach sand without environmental authorization.

The Santos family patriarch was detained by the secretary of the Environment, Shaynne Barreto, after disrespecting her. In the video that circulates on the internet, it is possible to see the player’s father talking to an employee about the interdiction of the property that is in the Condomínio Aero Rural, in Mangaratiba. Unsatisfied, he counters by claiming that they had invaded his house, when Shayenne tries to explain that it was an inspection, he went too far and started yelling at the girl.

Upon receiving the news that the work on the site would be embargoed until he presented all the necessary licenses for the intervention, Neymar Santos was upset and wanted to know whether or not he could use the house. After the denunciation of deforestation, the breaking of rocks and the diversion of a river, the artificial lake that was being built was closed.

In a note, the City Hall of Mangaratiba also informed that the inspection was carried out by the Municipal Secretary of Environment of Mangaratiba, together with the Environmental Military Police, the Civil Police and agents of the Environmental Protection Group of the municipality.
