Fond of Manu Buffara, he registers passages at Bobardí, Manu and Central, a Peruvian restaurant elected this year as the best in the world. Relaxation and freedom are ingredients that can’t be missing from Danilo’s menu, one of the best chefs in Curitiba in 2023. At ASU, he shows a work philosophy in which practically everything is done inside the restaurant — from baking to fermented products. His current focus is his own restaurant, with the aim of highlighting his work for Brazil and the world.

She signs her name in contemporary cuisine with lightness and joy in each dish created and served, showing that comfort and affection are part of the consumer’s ideal when seeking a gastronomic experience. The chef, who worked at Edvino and Vin Bistrô restaurants, aims, through her work, to highlight local products and producers, integrating them with classic cuisine and the expectation of the Curitiba public, but also the Brazilian public. With a degree in Physical Education and a former judoka, he worked between 2008 and 2011 in Japanese restaurants in Curitiba, including Nippon, Miyako and Tako.
