Meet Indaiá, participant of the Bom Gourmet Festival

More than a restaurant, the indaia is a dream that came true and that today offers customers a gastronomic experience differentiated and a stunning panoramic view. Inaugurated in 2007, it stands out for serving sequences of fondue, with more than 16 options between cheeses, meats and chocolates, from classic combinations to the most daring ones.

“Our differential is to offer high quality fondues, with selected ingredients and prepared with great care. We have options for all tastes and preferences. We want customers to feel satisfied and surprised with our fondues”, says Paulo Novaes, General Marketing Manager of Indaiá.

Indaiá is one of the participating restaurants in the Bom Gourmet Festival, which runs until September 10th, and prepared sweet and savory alternatives for this edition’s menu, in addition to vegan and lactose-free variations. The cheese fondue brings different flavors, such as cream cheese with caramelized onions, gorgonzola or cheddar. For dessert, fondue of different chocolates. The full menu will be served at dinner, by BRL 129.90. “It’s an incredible opportunity to publicize our work and attract new clients. We prepared a special menu, with dishes that represent our essence and our differential”, says Paulo.

A curiosity about the restaurant is that the name comes from an indigenous word that means “crystalline water”, a reference to the natural beauty of the region. It is surrounded by nature, surrounded by Indian palm trees, and has glass walls that allow you to admire the emerald coast of Itapema. The restaurant also prides itself on personalized service, which seeks to exceed customer expectations and ensure a high-quality experience.
