Manaus (AM) – Located on Estrada do Cetur, in the Tarumã neighborhood, in the middle of nature, although just a few minutes from the urban area, Quintas de São José do Rio Negro is already considered the most sustainable condominium in the North region.

The development stands out for its maximum preservation of flora and fauna, with ecological corridors and 300,000 square meters of forest, which will give its owners the feeling of living in a true “private forest”. The site will have all underground lighting and interlocking block floors, innovations in the real estate market in Amazonas.

According to the biologist at BTP Urbanismo, Ana Cristina Cordeiro, for the construction of the Quintas, studies were carried out for the environmental assessment of the area. Among them, the forest inventory and fauna survey stand out. These studies are necessary to license any undertaking.

In addition to complying with environmental legislation, these studies were essential for the purpose of the property, which is to meet the needs of those who dream of living in comfort, safety and direct contact with nature, whether for residence, refuge at the end of weekends and holidays or even for investment, with a return of more than 100% on the value, within two to three years after purchase.

Each lot will maintain a green strip of three meters of preserved vegetation on the sides, and five meters at the bottom, so that, between one lot and another, there is a natural “wall” six meters wide. In addition to ensuring maximum privacy, the green walls will function as ecological corridors, paths along which biodiversity will remain intact. Residents will also be able to enjoy a large preserved green area.

The biologist informs that the area of ​​Quintas de São José do Rio Negro has almost 200 species of forest and fruit essences cataloged and represented by 45 botanical families. Angelim rajado, abiurana, apuí, white breu, red breu, ingá chichica, lourinho and sorvinha are some of them.

The specialist says that, currently, the team responsible for the sustainability of the condominium has been working on environmental monitoring, including projects to rescue wild fauna from vegetation suppression areas and environmental quality control, which aim to minimize the impacts of the work.

An Environmental Education project will also be implemented in the Quintas, which will include ecological trails, dissemination of an environmental education booklet to be distributed to residents with information on fauna, flora and care for the environment, community garden project and waste recycling.

Work on the BTP Urbanismo development is at an accelerated pace, with more than 80% of the lots in the first phase already sold, and will be delivered by the end of 2023. Among its differentials, Quintas is preparing to receive, in the future, in the expansion, a structure to install a Marina for up to two hundred speedboats or jet-skis, an Equestrian for up to 100 horses and a Helipad for three helicopters, in an area next to the condominium.
