Manaus (AM) – Throughout the month of December, MRV, a company in the MRV&CO group and the largest construction company in Latin America, runs a special campaign for those who want to close the year by realizing their dream of owning their first property. With a down payment starting at R$200, interested parties can sign the contract to own their first apartment. In Manaus, there are 1,800 properties participating in the action.

The campaign is another in a series of actions promoted by the construction company throughout 2023 with a focus on generating greater proximity to its audience and providing a key change in people’s lives by acquiring a property. For the special condition, an assessment is made of the value of the down payment based on the chosen unit and the customer’s financing capacity.

“Recent research has already indicated that owning a home is the desire of 90% of the Brazilian population and one of the main goals of many of them. We designed the campaign to let the customer know that they can, with a minimum initial value of 200 reais, make their dream come true,”

says Thiago Ely, Executive Commercial Director at MRV.

Named “Magical Christmas”, the campaign is valid for all MRV projects in all cities in Brazil, where the company operates. There are more than 45 thousand properties with opportunities in all regions of Brazil.

And to further engage the public, on December 16th, the MRV store on Avenida Desembargador João Machado, in the Alvorada neighborhood, will have the presence of a Santa Claus throughout the day. There, customers will be able to take photos and develop them immediately.

In Manaus alone, there are 1,800 units available. “For many families, the end of the year is strategic for realizing a lifelong dream and this opportunity to make it come true,” said MRV commercial manager in Amazonas, Victor Lopes.

The special condition of the campaign can also be combined with those of the Minha Casa, Minha Vida program, which recently had its rules modified, offering even more improvements and possibilities to Brazilian families. The reform brought access to a large portion of the population that was not able to apply for the benefits previously offered.

“With the changes, 90% of the Brazilian population is now eligible for the program, and MRV, which has participated in the project since its creation, has the majority of its projects included in the MCMV. This way, it becomes the perfect moment to close the year with the contract for the first property signed”,

says the executive.
