To celebrate its 60th anniversary, the Madalosso restaurant will hold a series of show-classes with renowned chefs from Paraná. Claudia Krauspenhar, Vitor Bourguignon, Rosane Radecki and Igor Marquesini will present rereadings of the house’s classic dishes using Madalosso’s ready-made pasta.

The event will take place every Tuesday in April in a space at the Santa Felicidade restaurant. The public will be able to follow the covid-19 chef of the day in charge of the kitchen through a big screen, where all the details of the recipe will be transmitted.

5-star chef from the 2023 Bom Gourmet Award and owner of the K.sa restaurant, chef Claudia Krauspenhar and who debuts the series of show classes. She cooks in the traveling space on April 4th. On the following Tuesday (4/11), it’s Vitor Bourguignon’s turn to show his adaptation of one of Madalosso’s classics. The program continues with Rosane Radecki (Restaurant Girassol, 4/18) and Igor Marquesini (Igor Restaurant, 4/25).

The event is free, but has limited seating. Show classes always take place from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. To register, visit the website corresponding to each chef’s class.
