For the first time, the event will take place at the city’s Bumbódromo.
The Government of Amazonas announced, this Tuesday afternoon (6), the holding of the 2023 Parintins Visitors Party, which will take place, for the first time, at the city’s Bumbódromo and will have the singers Ludmila and Simone Mendes as national attractions. The party will have the support of the company Eneva, responsible for hiring the artists.
In previous years, the Secretariat of Culture and Creative Economy transferred resources to the municipal government, which ran the event. This year, with the holding of the party under the responsibility of the State Government, the secretariat foresees a 35% reduction in the costs of the party.
The Secretary of Culture and Creative Economy, Marcos Apolo Muniz, pointed out that the choice of location had the agreement of Bumbás Caprichoso and Garantido. He also reinforced that the planning carried out by the secretariat will guarantee the public’s convenience, without compromising the logistics involved in the festival.
“We carried out dialogue work with the oxen and with the companies that provide this service during this period of the Festival. Everything was done in a very well planned way so that we can offer the public another great show and in no way compromise the first night of the Festival”.
On the 29th of June, from 12h onwards, the access roads to the Bumbódromo will be blocked and released at the end of the party, scheduled for 1h. The Caprichoso and Garantido oxen galleys, which traditionally form queues to guarantee entry to the stands, remain on Avenida das Nações and Rua Domingos Prestes.
In addition to the national attractions, the Festa dos Visitantes held by the Government of the Amazon will also feature local artists such as Uendel Pinheiro, David Assayag, George Japa, Jr. Paulain and Mikael.
