The list of creditors that Americanas delivered this Wednesday (25) to the 4th Corporate Court of Rio de Janeiro lists total debts of R$ 41,235,899,286.62, to 7,967 names. The deadline for submitting the document expired at 6 am this Wednesday. The list of creditors is divided into four categories, comprising individuals and legal entities and federated entities: Class I, with a total of R$ 64,942,121.99 and 321 names; Class III (identified as ‘Debts with Third Parties’), the largest, totaling debts of BRL 41,056,749,122.82 to 6,438 names; Class IV, BRL 109,484,866.54 and 958 names; Extra-concurrence (between states, municipalities and public bodies), BRL 4,723,175.27 and 250 names. The list brings debts from a few tens of reais to debts of more than R$ 5.2 billion to a single creditor, in this case to the Deustche Bank (or US$ 1 billion, in original currency). Another significant amount is the debt with B2W Lux – the company that operates as Americanas’ marketplace -, totaling R$ 3.220 billion. Still with the banks, the debt related to Bradesco amounts to R$ 4.510 billion; with BTG Pactual, R$ 3.5 billion. With Itaú Unibanco, R$2.7 billion. To Banco do Brasil, the debt is R$ 1.360 billion; with Safra, R$ 2.526 billion; with Santander (Brazil), R$3.652 billion; Votorantim, R$ 3.286 billion, among others. With Caixa Econômica Federal, the aforementioned debt is R$ 501 million. To the subsidiary JSM Global, headquartered in Luxembourg and responsible for issuing the company’s bonds in the international market, the debt amounts to R$ 3.459 billion. Among the suppliers, the highlight is the South Korean electronics, smartphone and microcomputer manufacturer Samsung, to whom the company related a debt of R$ 1.209 billion.
