THE LinkedIn released the annual list of 25 most in-demand jobs in the last of 2017 to 2022. The positions reflect, to a large extent, the concern with digital security and sustainability and the attention to the experience of customers and users. The role of privacy analyst is the most sought after, followed by cybersecurity specialist. See the list below.
— In a scenario of economic uncertainty, where there is a constant search for stability and a high demand for flexible work models such as remote work, professionals are rethinking their career choices. The new list of jobs on the rise reflects not only the main market trends, but also brings information that can help in decision-making about new professional paths and in preparing for the work of the future – says Guilherme Odri, editor-in-chief of LinkedIn News Brazil.
The professional social network also sought the cities with the most opportunities in the period. The highlights were São Paulo (SP), Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and Belo Horizonte (MG). Despite this, greater availability of remote vacancies was observed in the country, based on announcements made on the platform between October 2021 and October 2022.
Emphasis on systems development analyst, who has 100% of remote vacancies advertised on the network, followed by software quality engineer (81.1%), back-end developer (68.3%), cybersecurity specialist ( 66.7%), Product Manager Leader (63.8%), Website Reliability Engineer (61.9%) and User Experience Focused Copywriter (61.1%).
