The French restaurant L’Épicerie is holding a new edition of its La Nuit du Vin, this Wednesday (13). The dinner paired with Burgundy wines will be led by Alizé Drouet, ambassador for the French winery Moillard, and costs R$275 per person, excluding service fees. The event is a partnership between the restaurant and the importer Porto a Porto, and the meal will be served in five portions.

Dinner starts with a platter of brie cheese, roquefort butter and tomato jam, served with artisan breads. For pairing, Hautes Côtes de Beaune AOP Les Alouettes white wine. For the starter, yellow hake with hollandaise sauce and asparagus, accompanied by Hautes Côtes de Nuits AOP Blanc.

Then the main dishes: Boeuf Bourguignonwith Hautes Côtes de Nuits AOP Les Vignes Hautes, and tournedos Dijon with Chorey Les Beaunes AOP Vieilles Vignes. To finish, crème brulee of vanilla.
