The event will also bring together star chefs and important names in the food and beverage industry worldwide to discuss trends in the food market.
O Good Gourmet will be on the coverage of GulFood 2023. In a special collaboration, chef Rafael Lafraia, from the Curry Pasta restaurant, will show our readers the novelties that will soon arrive in supermarkets and on restaurant tables in Brazil. It will also bring some of the notes and reflections of the main discussions of the event, such as the application of new technologies and Internet 3.0 in the food industry and gastronomy.
Aimed at companies and entrepreneurs, Gulfood 2023 should generate billionaire figures in business. Just for the 105 Brazilian companies participating in the fair, the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil) forecasts that the traded volume will reach US$ 4.5 billion.
Awards are also on the fair’s schedule. The company from Pará Bony Açaí is among the finalists of the Gulfood Innovation Awards (Gulfood Innovation Award) in the beverage category. From the interior of Pará, the company developed a canned açaí juice with guarana syrup.
In addition to business and awards, the fair has an interesting program for the general public – especially for those passionate about gastronomy. During the four days of the event, there will be show classes with chefs from starred restaurants, presentation of new products and technologies, tasting spaces, in addition to discussions on contemporary themes.
