Ingredients
- 500g of sweet sprinkle
- 250 ml whole milk
- ½ cup of sunflower oil
- 400g grated semi-cured cheese
- 1 or 2 eggs (depending on size)
- 1 heaping tablespoon of salt
Method of preparation
- Boil oil and milk in a pan. Once it starts to boil, turn it off.
- In a container, pour the sprinkle. Put the oil boiled with milk on top, unpacking the dough, until it’s smooth.
- On a bowlput the sprinkle mixture, add the egg and salt.
- Add the cheese. If you think the dough is still dry, add another egg.
- Stir until smooth, if you prefer, beat for 2 to 3 minutes in the mixer.
- Preheat the AirFryer to 150ºC.
- Make balls and spread in the AirFryer, leaving a space between them.
- Take to bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the cheese breads are golden.
