Ingredients

• 1 unit and a half of kiwi
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 shots of sake
• 1 serving of ice (to add to taste)
• 1 unit mini passion fruit popsicle
• 1 unit persia lime
• 1 unit mini popsicle strawberry flavor
• 100ml of vodka
• 13 units of jabuticabas
• 1 spoon of passion fruit pulp
• 3 pieces of strawberries
• 2 small pieces of pineapple
• 3 slices of lemon

kiwi caipilé

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 kiwi
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 shots (100 ml) sake
• ice to taste
• 1 mini popsicle flavor passion fruit

Preparation
Peel the kiwi (do not cut it into small cubes), crush it lightly to loosen the core, add the sugar, sake, ice and stir. Finish the drink with the mini popsicle, which will gradually dissolve and leave a mild sour taste.

Persian lime caipilé

Ingredients

• 1 lemon
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 doses (100 ml) of cachaça
• ice to taste
• 1 mini strawberry popsicle

Preparation
Cut the lime into small slices, add the sugar, the cachaça and lightly macerate. Add the ice and stir. Place the popsicle and serve.

jabuticaba caipilé

Ingredients

• 2 shots (100 ml) of vodka
• 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
• 13 jabuticabas
• 4 to 5 ice cubes
• 1 pineapple popsicle

Preparation
Put the jabuticabas and sugar in a glass and macerate well. Add the ice, vodka and stir well. Finish with the popsicle.

Ingredients

• 1 spoon of passion fruit pulp
• 3 strawberries
• 2 small pieces of pineapple
• 3 slices of lemon
• 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
• 2 shots (100 ml) of vodka
• ice to taste
• 1 strawberry-flavored popsicle

Preparation
Put the passion fruit pulp, strawberries, pineapple pieces and lemon slices in a glass. Macerate lightly, the fruits cannot turn into a mush. Add the sugar, vodka, ice and mix. Finish with the mini strawberry popsicle.
