Case was judged early
The Latino singer was convicted, in a lawsuit filed by Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira – Hospital Albert Einstein, for not paying his expenses after using the health service.
According to the lawsuit, the singer was admitted to the hospital, in São Paulo, without medical insurance. His expenses with the entire process amounted to R$ 7,122.28. But Latino did not pay the debt and the case ended up in court.
In July, the case was judged in advance, as it gathered everything necessary for a verdict. The situation was unfavorable for the singer when he did not even present his defense, even though he was cited.
Latino was defeated and the requests were upheld. For the judge, it was clear that the singer was admitted to the hospital, enjoyed the medical procedures and did not pay the bill.
Therefore, Latino will have to pay the amount of R$ 8,523.20, with the application of monetary correction, plus interest.
