The culinary utensils brand KitchenAid has just launched a new line of mixers, the Bow-Lift. The new line has 5.6 and 6.6 liter models, with 11 speeds, including the new ½ speed, for delicate ingredients. The new mixers also have three locking points on the bowl, which guarantees more stability and more power than previous models. The 5.6 and 6.6 liter variants are sold for R$3,999 and R$4,399, respectively, and are available on the brand’s website.

“Our new collection now has enhanced features ranging from more power to handle tough tasks to ½ speed for gentle mixing, allowing creators to improve their everyday recipes. From big batches of cookies, to holiday baking and preparing A week’s worth of meals with more than two pounds of shredded chicken, we can’t wait to see what you create with the Bowl-Lift Mixer,” says Dan Valenti, vice president and general manager, KitchenAid Small Appliances.

Bow-Lift mixers are compatible with the Double Flexible Edge Beater, which increases contact with the bowl and allows for better incorporation of ingredients.
