Prizes below R$100,000 are loaded directly into the Nota Fiscal Paulista system and can be transferred to a checking or savings account within five years.

In the case of the winners of the main prizes, of R$ 100,000, R$ 500,000 and R$ 1 million, employees of the communication department of the secretariat’s regional units are assigned to contact the recipients and the winning entities. The deadline for redeeming the highest value prizes is also five years.

These winners are invited to attend the units with documentation to prove their identity and thus unlock the prize.

According to the Treasury, it is important to keep registration data updated with telephones, email and address. This way, employees will be able to get in touch to communicate any awards.
