Manaus (AM) – The Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL Amazonas), in 2023, inserted approximately 3.8 thousand young people into the job market in companies, of which 3.2 thousand through the IEL Internship Program and 600 through the IEL Young Apprentice Program. According to the manager, IEL/AM developed and is implementing the SOU + IEL Career Start Program, an initiative that offers a series of current themes, modules aimed at young people, teenagers, in which active dynamics and methodologies are used for absorption of the content, preparing them for their insertion and prominence in the job market.

IEL ended 2023 with several open opportunities in partner companies for talents in different areas. IEL/AM Recruitment and Selection concludes its activities with opportunities offered at client companies, covering internship, apprenticeship and employment vacancies. The most requested areas included: Administration, Accounting Sciences, Engineering, Law, Marketing, Logistics, Secondary Education, Physical Education and Pedagogy.

According to the manager, strengthening the innovative capacity of companies is one of IEL’s commitments and, through the Inova Talentos Program, it selected, trained and inserted highly qualified professionals (masters, doctors) in companies, to work specifically on innovation projects. , to contribute and drive innovation in these companies.

The IEL Talent Award 2023 recognized companies, educational institutions, interns and apprentices, which stood out in their practices and contributed to the professional and educational development of young people, such as Yamaha Motor da Amazônia Ltda (1st place – Large Size), Club of Store Directors of Manaus – CDL (1st Place – Medium Size) and other companies such as Sebrae Amazonas, Uninorte, Fametro, as well as interns from the companies Nippon and Bemol.

– Act strongly in Recruitment and Selection as an essential service for companies in general, attracting and promoting talent retention according to the specific demands of companies.

– Expand the Inova Talentos Program in Amazonas, with the aim of significantly strengthening the innovation process in companies.

– Promote events focused on disseminating the culture of innovation in companies;

– Carry out actions and consultancies aimed at Micro and Small Businesses (MSEs), with the purpose of boosting not only performance, but also the competitiveness of companies in the market;

– Improve educational processes to expand service to companies with training that meets market needs and boosts productivity in companies, with the aim of developing more qualified people aligned with the demands of the Amazonian industry;

– Launch distance learning (EaD) platform;
