Boost Curitiba’s gastronomy and make the city a reference in hospitality and good food. This is the goal of MoviMente Curitiba Gastronómica. A plural movement, which brings together different sectors of society in search of a solution to a pain: the necessary appreciation of the rich scenario of Curitiba’s gastronomy. And you can collaborate with this project. MoviMente opened the strategic map for public collaboration.
“The consumer’s perspective is fundamental in this process. Therefore, we are calling on the population to contribute to this process and help build the strategic guidelines of MoviMente Curitiba Gastronómica”, says the State Coordinator of Tourism of Sebrae-PR and one of the members of MoviMente Curitiba, Patricia Albanez.
Sebrae-PR is one of the institutions that make up MoviMente. Senac-PR, Curitiba City Hall, Abrasel-PR and the Good Gourmet are also part of the movement, which also includes the participation of content creators, representatives of the foodservice sector and owners of bars, cafes and restaurants in the city.
“MoviMente was born organically, with representatives from different sectors who share the same will: to work more synergistically to identify and enhance the full potential of Curitiba’s gastronomy”, explains Patrícia.
The strategic plan, which is now open to public consultation, was built on the basis of three meetings with these different players in the capital’s gastronomy. The work was coordinated by the Inovativa Consultoria team, which guided the discussions, organized the ideas and put the movement’s objectives and strategies on paper.
Now, in the public consultation stage, input from the general public is evaluated and added to the project to arrive at the final version of the strategy map. The public consultation ends next Friday (March 31). The prediction of MoviMente Curitiba Gastronómica is to officially launch the project in the first half of 2023.
