Grupo Natan reopens store with Espaço Gourmet and new products, in Manaus

Manaus (AM) – The Natan Group, an Amazonian company specializing in frozen products, reopened the store located at Avenida Laguna, 889, in the Lírio do Vale neighborhood, in the West Zone of Manaus. The place was expanded and now has a Gourmet Space. New frozen products from the confectionery line were also launched on the market, such as donuts, donuts and the special edition of cakes in honor of the oxen of Parintins.

Modern and spacious, the unit presents a new concept, with a Gourmet Space, where the public can discover and taste first hand all the novelties in bakery and confectionery products, created by Natan Congelados.

According to the director of the company, Arian Ribeiro, the idea is to offer a differentiated gastronomic experience to customers. “The intention is that, gradually, this store model will be replicated for existing units and those that will be opened in the future.”, he stated.

Arian Ribeiro points out that the group has a very solid expansion plan for the coming years, with the opening of new stores in Amazonas and in other states in the North region, in addition to expanding the distribution of the brand’s products to ventures such as bakeries, supermarkets, hotels , between others.

“Today, in Manaus, Natan serves the main markets in the bakery and confectionery area. The plan is to expand this more and more in Amazonas and Roraima, where the company already operates and, consequently, expanding to the other states of the North”,

Grupo Natan Congelados was founded in 1979, initially operating as a bakery. Years later, it began to dedicate itself to the manufacture and distribution of products such as bread, snacks and frozen cakes for commercial establishments. The group has four stores in Manaus and one in Manacapuru, in Amazonas, in addition to one more in Boa Vista, in Roraima, all focused on retail.

According to Arian Ribeiro, Natan currently has a portfolio of more than 100 self-made products, including bread, cheese bread, snacks, cocktail snacks, cakes and sweets. He points out that one of the company’s pillars is to offer customers practicality and time savings, combined with product quality. For this, constant research work is carried out, mainly so that the items have the flavor and freshness as if they were manufactured on the spot. The use of selected ingredients and state-of-the-art technology are the highlights of Natan’s products.

To mark the reopening of the Lírio do Vale store, Natan Congelados launched three new products: donuts, dreams and a special edition of cakes in honor of the oxen of Parintins.

Chef Bruno Muller, responsible for the creations, promises to surprise customers with the delicacy and flavor of the new items. “All products are ready to serve. All very practical, whether for those who have a business or want to celebrate at home or at work.”

At the beginning of the month, the chef had already launched the line of cakes typical of the camps, in addition to three flavors of pudding. All of this frozen, without losing the flavor reminiscent of the June festivities. Among the options already available are cassava, corn and tapioca cakes, as well as cupuaçu, chocolate and milk pudding. The doughs for cakes and puddings are available frozen. Just defrost, grease the mold and place to bake, according to the instructions.

Also available in stores are cakes made in brigadeiro, three milk, prestige, red velvet and brigadeiro with cupuaçu flavors.
