The Gianttura restaurant now serves three new dishes on Saturdays (lunch and dinner) and Sundays (lunch), all for sharing. What’s new are: chicken roasted in beer with crispy shrimp and linguini in herb butter (R$ 180.00), prime rib grilled beef with spiced oil and truffled risotto (R$ 228.00) and snapper in a salt crust with fish demi glace and sautéed vegetables (R$ 245.00).

In addition to preparations, the restaurant also has a drink menu. Cocktail classics are available, such as the Negroni, as well as less common options, such as the Carajilo (espresso coffee and liqueur 43) and the Tônico do Caçador (gin, tonic water and Jägermeister liqueur).

Gianttura is the restaurant of chef Hermes Custódio, and mixes European and Brazilian cuisine. Custódio is a professor of classical cuisine, and for over 10 years he commanded the banquets at Castelo do Batel, in Curitiba.
