According to data from the Yearbook of Beer 2022, the capital of Paraná now has 26 breweries in operation, fewer than São Paulo and Porto Alegre. Bastards Brewery Factory Bar

Completing nine years of foundation this month of August, the Bastards Brewery inaugurated, two years ago, the Bar da Fábrica, bringing together in the same space both the manufacturing processes and the consumption of the brand’s beers by the public. The bar has 15 draft beers from Bastards, in addition to a menu with lunch options and snacks. This Sunday (6), to celebrate the anniversary, the bar hosts the Bastard Circus party, starting at noon, with band shows, artistic interventions, circus activities workshops and a special menu with options from R$16 .

Bodebrown Brewery

Reference in Brazilian and international production and creator of the official beer of the band Iron Maiden in Brazil, the Bodebrown brewery opens the doors of its factory every Saturday, from 9 am, for the Growler Day event. The beer meeting includes concerts by rock bands, food trucks, flash tattoo and a variety of draft beers and growlers of the brand, in addition to the launches of the 2023 Crop, such as Tripel Montfort EIS 18% – a Strong Belgian Tripel with a golden color, fruity aromas and flavors and a strong presence of spices. On Saturdays, it is also possible to visit the factory and taste the labels. The price of the visit is R$ 50 per person, with times at 11 am, 1 pm and 3 pm. No need to schedule.

Don Gentilis

Since 2018, Don Gentilis Cervejaria Artesanal has been a familiar face in Pinhais, in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba. Literally: on the labels of each bottle, the faces of Seu Gentil and Dona Mercedes, parents of brewer Cadu Lopes, are stamped. The Don Gentilis factory opens on Saturdays, with live music, beer garden and beers straight from the source – in glasses or growlers. GastBier Brewpub

Inaugurated a year ago by entrepreneur and brewer Gastão Oscar Berndt Junior, GastBier Brewpub is a bar with its own brewery, in the middle of Rua Mateus Leme, where visitors find exclusive beers, brewed on site, as well as a menu of bar snacks. . Varieties such as Blonde Ale, Apa, Ipa, Red Ale, Altbier and Weiss are available, in addition to the latest release, GastBier Zwinckel Dunkel, a Kellerbier-style dark lager beer.

Bar da Maniacs

Headquartered in Curitiba, Maniacs Brewing Co. was created in 2016, installing its factory in the heart of the Cabral neighborhood. Two years later, the brewery gained an attached bar, where it is possible to taste draft beers fresh from the tank, accompanied by a menu of sandwiches and snacks to share, including Carne de Onça, a finalist in the 2023 Bom Gourmet Award. On Saturday (5), Maniacs will host the free Cerveja na Panela event, in which it will be possible to follow the production of a craft beer, from the choice of ingredients to the final product. The Way Beer craft brewery factory is open to visitors so that everyone can learn about its manufacturing process. The tour goes through the whole factory and it is possible to learn fun facts about the beers, the bottling process, the different styles of the drink, even a tasting of the fresh product, straight from the source. Way’s factory is in Pinhais and the visit, which lasts an hour and a half and is accompanied by a sommelier a beer costs R$20. Altogether, there are 12 different types of draft beer available and the visitor can taste up to three options between seasonal products and those from the Way line.
