Manaus (AM) – The free workshop on Training and Employability for Women, held on Wednesday (18) by Associação Manas, in partnership with Uninorte, was attended by 38 women.
They attended a lecture on important subjects for those who are looking for a replacement in the job market or looking for their first job, such as: Presentation of Curriculum and How to behave at the Time of the Interview. The lecture was given by Uninorte’s HR Manager, Cinthya Costa.
For the President of Associação Manas, lawyer Amanda Pinheiro, the event marks an important moment in the history of Manas.
“It was my dream to see this room full of women with a will to win. Today this dream is realized. This is the reflection of work that has been carried out for 3 years and means that our mission to care for women and children, victims of violence, must continue with more strength and determination”,
Amanda said.
Associação Manas is a civil society initiative in the fight against domestic violence, which welcomes women or girls who are victims of violence, offering legal guidance and psychosocial support, with the aim of combating any and all types of violence against women.
