Winner of the Artisan Bread category, in the Specialties stage, Pão Campanha is a rustic bread with 100% natural fermentation (20 hours in total), made with a mixture of white and wholemeal flour. With a crispy, caramelized shell and a soft, very light crumb, Campanha is sold fresh every day, available when the store opens at 8am. As the product is disputed and production is limited, there is no guarantee of finding bread available every day until closing time. Price: R$24.

French Bread, from Pantucci
Chosen by the public as the best in Curitiba in 2023, Pantucci’s French bread won the hotly contested French Bread category, in the Popular Nomination stage. Founded in 1996, the Pantucci group currently has three stores – soon four, as it opens a new unit this year. In addition to bakeries and confectioneries, the stores also offer trattoria and pizza services. A kilo of French bread at Pantucci costs R$ 21.90.
