FAS fair takes place this Sunday

Manaus (AM) – This Sunday, August 6th, from 7am to 6pm, another edition of the traditional fair of Fundação Amazônia Sustentável (FAS), better known as Feira da FAS, will take place, with more than 70 exhibitors of products from the creative and green economy, musical attractions and other activities, with free entry.
The event will have a theme alluding to the International Day of Indigenous Peoples, celebrated on August 9, and will also hold a ceremony for the launch of Virada Sustentável Manaus, considered the largest festival in favor of the environment in Latin America.
The FAS Fair is held at the institution’s headquarters, located at Rua Álvaro Braga, 351, Parque Dez neighborhood, Central-South Zone of Manaus. On site, products such as essential oils, handicrafts, indigenous medicine, beauty items, design, among others, will be sold. In addition, there will be the Gastronomic Space, selling regional dishes; the Kids Space with recreational and recreational activities coordinated by actress Mel Angeloles, from 9 am to 1 pm; and it is still Pet Friendly, receiving pets from the public.
The cultural program will begin at 12:30 pm, with a show by singer and guitarist Nay 69, owner of the hit “Meu Amor Manaus”. Then, at 3 pm, the audience listens to Mandy e Seus Namorados, a collective of great hits such as “Enxirindo na Dm” and “Pirarucumbia”, in the styles of guitar, cumbia and lambada.
Then, at 4 pm, visual artist Denis LDO presents “Graffiti Live”, a live intervention to delight visitors. At 4:30 pm, it’s the turn of the Amazonian group Panorando to show their show “As Cores da América Latina”. The day ends with singer Taty Corazon, at 5 pm, with her Latin American vibe and rhythms that include bachata, salsa and reggaeton.
