Entrepreneurs operate in Amazonas in different segments and give tips on how to invest in this venture

Manaus (AM) – Entrepreneurship can be a challenging journey. Still, more than 93 million Brazilians are part of this universe, with 51 million wanting to open their own business in the next three years, according to the latest “Global Entrepreneurship Monitor”, carried out by the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (Sebrae) and the National Association for Studies in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management (Anegepe).

On “Entrepreneur’s Day” – celebrated this Thursday, October 5th, in reference to the creation of the Statute of Microenterprises and Small Businesses, established by the old Law No. 9,841, of October 5th, 1999 –, entrepreneurs who work in Amazonas in different segments they give tips on how to invest in this venture, making it clear that there is no “magic formula” for success.

Creator of the first veterinary clinic in the North dedicated to treating only cats, USFel – Feline Health Unit, veterinarian Ludmila Andrade points out that the first step is to be patient and not skip steps.

“In Brazil, there are many rules to be complied with, such as Health Surveillance standards and federal, state and municipal taxes. So, understanding this is fundamental for the functioning of the business, as it directly impacts the financial health and physical structure of the company”,

Passion and Qualification

The identification of 51 million Brazilians as potential entrepreneurs made Brazil the second largest absolute population in this category, behind only India with 115 million people in the same situation.

Managing partner of Nelson Wilians Advogados (largest law firm in Latin America) and Ambassador of the G4 Club in Amazonas (a community made up of businesspeople from all over the country), lawyer Sergio Vieira details that anyone who wants to undertake needs to have qualifications, dedication, passion for what you do and also believe in your business. Furthermore, the MBA in Management and Business signals some essential stages of the endeavor.

“Use time and your best technical and behavioral skills autonomously to create value for your business. Maintain control of the management of administrative and financial processes. And ensure good communication, as it is essential for companies to have internal communication in alignment with people about the purposes to be sought and the step-by-step process to achieve them, as well as communication with the market, carrying out benchmarking, being a research market and competition”,

In the same vein, the founder of “Future Solar” (the first solar energy company in Amazonas), Helane Souza, emphasizes the need for entrepreneurs to be passionate about what they do, believe in themselves and always look for updates on services and products aimed at your business.

According to her, when there is hard work, dedication, consistency, discipline, good administrative management, the ability to deal with people and other factors, the business tends to produce good results.

“I believe that if you know who you are, where you want to go and what your daily goals are, there is nothing that can stop you”,
