“Entrepreneur talk” discusses marketing strategies for businesses in Manaus

Manaus (AM) – How to promote my product? How can I attract more customers? I’m in the right way? These are certainly some of the doubts that surround the lives of many people who have decided to own their own business. And to help this audience, Amazonian fintech Faço a Conta proposed to promote an entire afternoon of learning through “Papo Empreendedor”.

The 5th edition of the meeting was held last weekend, at Casarão da Inovação Cassina, in the center of Manaus, with 36 people present. The next edition takes place on the 24th of June.

The accountant and CEO of Papiro Contábil, Geovanni Silva, opened the round of lectures with the masterclass entitled “7 decisions that allowed me to create a multiple 7-digit digital business”. Speaking for the first time at the event, Silva discussed his career in the field of Accounting Sciences and took the opportunity to sign a contract for his company.

“It was a really nice experience, it was great to meet the participants, the coordination… I was able to exchange contact with some people there and luckily, I managed to find a service that I had been looking for some time. I had already googled four companies that I had contacted and had not been successful. To my surprise, I met a person there who provided the service exactly the way I needed it”,

The veterinarian and CEO of Master PET Vet, Rebeca Silva, has been participating in the event since the beginning, in January of this year. Investing in the pet lunch box segment, the professional points out that she makes the most of the content discussed and then puts her hand “in the dough”.

“It was an incredible event and every time I go by I am more surprised. This time, we had a group dynamic and it was really cool because we were able to have a better interaction between the people who were there. It is a sensational event, which, in my opinion, rewards us with networking. Connections are extremely important. I really enjoyed it and I hope the next one is as amazing as all these others.”

Conceived in 2022 by systems analyst and financial consultant Jonatha Oliveira, CEO of the startup Faço a Conta, Papo Empreendedor always takes place on the last Saturday of each month, with important topics for the development of the local ecosystem. Oliveira reveals that the idea is to promote an entrepreneurial journey until the end of 2023, when participants will be able to experience an immersion and review a little of what was discussed during the year.

“Our goal is to keep this audience engaged. Papo Empreendedor aims to create connections, share knowledge for entrepreneurs who are starting out and help them not to make mistakes. We reached our fifth edition and I am sure that somehow the people who were present received some insight to be able to apply in their business”,

The program also featured a Stand Comedy presentation by comedian Roger Siqueira and a second lecture “Marketing tools in practice”, given by Cássia Haddad, Founder of Futuro Consultoria, Professor and Mentor of Marketing and Sales Strategies, who challenged the participants to train sales techniques through a practical activity, based on the book As Armas da Persuasão 2.0 by writer Robert Cialdini.

In addition, bringing different visions of the same subject, Papo Empreendedor innovated by organizing the panel “Marketing strategies that generate profit” which had the contribution of three specialists in the area: Cindy Batista, Founder of Óticas Única, Specialist in brand positioning and Campaign strategies; Philipe Robert, Specialist in Marketing and Business Communication; and Francimar Tomáse, Mercadologist, Partner and CMO at Faço a Conta, Marketing Director at the Associação de Startups e Inovação da Amazônia (ASIAM), UX/UI Designer, Visual Communication Specialist, 20 years of experience in the digital marketing market. The mediation of the chat was under the responsibility of journalist and TV reporter Luiz Henrique Almeida, also presenter of Papo Empreendedor.

“I thought it was all amazing! The content exceeded my expectations. At all times, I was already thinking about how to follow the recommendations given. Bringing together three people who deal with marketing on a daily basis and in different areas of activity was really great.
