Edtech Brasil AI Project relies on advanced technology to transform the country’s schools

Manaus (AM) – Artificial intelligence is increasingly present in the daily lives of Brazilians and it would be no different in education. In this scenario, edtech E.ducar has been fundamental in enabling new technologies in elementary education in public schools in several Brazilian cities. One example is the Edtech Brasil Artificial Intelligence Project, which transforms school spaces and learning with advanced resources such as prototyping hardware and artificial intelligence, in addition to having an adaptive and personalized learning platform.

“The project was launched in 2023 and is already present in 100 schools across the country. Educational AI prepares students for current challenges and anticipates possibilities for advancing technologies. It provides students with the development of skills to reflect on the context in which they live, as well as training engaged and conscious citizens to face the challenges of the future”, said Moacir Filho, entrepreneur from Amazonas and founder of E.ducar.

The Edtech Brasil IA project also has a programming methodology that uses physical blocks during classes. Units are tools that replace lines of code written in the usual programming language with specific formats and colors that refer to the function of each block. And it is the combination of these units, through the formation of structures with beginnings, processes and results, that forms programs.

“The programming concepts of this project are transmitted in a visual and less complex way than the standard codes of the programming language. And there is also the possibility for students to create real programs, which can range from presentations to games. Everything according to the imagination and skills they develop at school”,

says Moacir.

Another edtech innovation is the dynamic E.ducar technological platform. The system has advanced features that boost student learning. There are activities with simulations, videos, animations and interactivity tools between students, teachers and the content. The artificial intelligence present on the platform is capable of analyzing student performance and guiding them towards a personalized study path.

“Technology helps monitor the development of skills and proposes personalized routes that make the student environment open to more creative and collaborative learning,”
