So, if you’re looking for a different caipirinha flavor, how about trying this coffee caipirinha recipe? The recipe was shared with the Good Gourmet by the team at Mango Café Brazil, a new gastronomic venture in Curitiba. The person responsible for creating this and other unusual house drinks is mixologist Lucas Gabriel.
Lucas teaches below how to prepare this different caipirinha, developed in partnership with Mais1 Café, a Curitiba coffee shop chain. The signature drink is one of the hits on Mango Café Brazil’s cocktail menu.
Coffee Caipirinha

Ingredients
- 15ml of Liqueur 43
- 15ml Nutelka Bacco hazelnut fine liqueur
- 45ml Vodka
- 1 espresso coffee capsule
Way of preparing
- In a cocktail shaker add ice, then vodka, liqueurs and coffee;
- Shake the shaker vigorously so that the ingredients are homogeneous;
- Strain through a sieve and transfer to a low glass filled with ice.
