- 240 g crystal sugar
- 150 g of corn for popcorn
- 1 coffee spoon of oil
- 300 g of white chocolate
- 90 g refined sugar
- 100 g of cream
- 50 ml of water

Preparation
- Start with sweet popcorn. In a popcorn pan, place the granulated sugar and oil. Let it melt until the caramel starts to form.
- Add the corn. Cover and let it pop. Remember to always stir.
- Then put it in an aluminum or glass shape and let it cool. Then separate the popcorn one by one. Reserve.
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and set aside.
- Prepare the caramel sauce. In a small pot, place the refined sugar and water. Bring to a low boil.
- Let the sugar melt until it becomes a light caramel.
- Then, add the cream and stir with a fouet until it thickens (be careful not to burn yourself.
- Move on to assembling the bowl: start with a layer of popcorn, then the white chocolate and finish with the caramel sauce.
- Serve the cup with cream ice cream. And, if you wish, you can add crumbled peanut butter before finishing with the caramel sauce.
