Choreographer accuses singer of child abuse
Deceased 14 years ago, star Michael Jackson could become a defendant after a new accusation of sexual abuse. According to TMZ, choreographer Wade Robson accused him of molesting him as a child.
According to the victim, the case would have happened at Neverland Ranch, when the dancer was between 7 and 14 years old. The California court upheld the charge and Wade is suing the famous corporation, MJJ Productions Inc.
In the first instance, the court was favorable to the company, agreeing with the lawyers’ allegations that it had no control over what the star did. In contrast, the Court of Appeals redirected the case back to trial. The pop star had previously been tried for child molestation in 2005.
