This restaurant, which has served Curitibans for over 25 years, offers the best of traditional Italian cuisine with contemporary touches. Characteristics that can be seen in the menu prepared exclusively for the Bom Gourmet Festival. As in the crispy entry “pork shoulder dumpling”, dish that can be enjoyed both at lunch and dinner for R$89.90.

In addition to this option, consumers can also choose between two main dishes: the “gnocchi pomodoro with shrimp tempura” or the “filet mignon Café de Paris with potato gratin”. Trovatta is located inside the Mercadoteca, in Curitiba, at Rua Paulo Gorski, 1309, in Mossunguê.

With two very crispy entree options, Armazém 71 Cucina – Vino presents a menu for the Bom Gourmet Festival that offers a unique gastronomic experience. Patrons can choose from the “salad fresh leaves and cheese with mustard and honey sauce”, a mix of green leaves, brie cheese, semi-cured cheese and cherry tomatoes, accompanied by mustard and honey sauce and croutons.

Or, the “shrimp vol-au-vent” option, a puff pastry stuffed with shrimp and fresh ricotta, finished with caramel reduction and crispy. Both options can be checked at lunch (R$89.90) and dinner (R$109.90). The restaurant is located in the Juvevê district, at Rua Rocha Pombo, at number 246.

Ox Room Steakhouse

This haute cuisine Steakhouse brings in its menu prepared exclusively for the Bom Gourmet Festival, two delicious and crispy starters. On the menu served at lunch for the fixed price of R$ 69.90consumers can try “croquettes with confit duck leg, saffron mayonnaise and house pickles”.

On the menu prepared for dinner for R$89.90, there are two crunchy options, the “pupunha heart of palm croqueta with truffle sauce” and the “harumaki with shredded ribs, sardella, demi-glace and fresh arugula”. In addition to dishes prepared with prime meats and special cuts, the restaurant has signature drinks and a lounge bar. The Ox Room Steakhouse is located at Alameda Dom Pedro II, 390, in Batel.

For those who like Asian food, Emy by KAZUO offers the starter option “Shake Ume”, a crunchy rice, nori powder, Japanese plum mayonnaise and salmon. Emy is commanded by the renowned chef Kazuo Harada, who brought all his experience and knowledge to Curitiba after opening the Kazuo restaurant in São Paulo. The establishment is located in Pátio Batel, at Avenida Batel, 1868, Loja 127, Floor L1.

Another restaurant in the capital of Paraná that offers crispy appetizers at the Bom Gourmet Festival is Pescara Cucina Italiana. A restaurant that blends Brazilian flavors with traditional Italian techniques to provide a unique experience. For starters, consumers can taste the options “cured salmon crostini, curd and arugula”, being crispy and thin bread, garnished with slices of cured salmon, curd and arugula. Or, try one of the typical Italian dishes which is the “porchetta and fermented pickles cannoli”, a crispy wheat straw filled with porchetta and accompanied by lactofermented pickles.

Both options can be seen on the menu that is served at lunch and dinner for the fixed price of R$ 109.90. The restaurant is located in a historic building that adds an intimate atmosphere to the place and is located in the Rebouças neighborhood, at Avenida Iguaçu, 1270.
